Owner & Founder

Sarah Savvas is the Owner and Founder at Profit Works Training & Consulting. Sarah is an experienced corporate trainer and consultant  who specialises in call centre improvement and management. With a degree in Media & Communications and qualifications in Business Management and Corporate Training, as well as having owned two previous sales and customer service based businesses of her own, Sarah has a keen understanding and appreciation for the importance of the Customer Experience when looking to increase sales and grow a business.

Sarah has worked with many of the top call centres in Australia and specialises in working with call centres of all sizes across all industries to understand and improve their organisational functionality and sales effectiveness.
